Platform User Center & My Orders Guide

Welcome to our  shopping platform. This document will help you understand and use the User Center and My Orders functions.

I. User Center Navigation Introduction

After logging into your account, you can see the complete functional navigation on the left side of the User Center:

  1. My Orders – View and manage all your orders.

  2. My Concern – Manage your shopping cart, favorites and browsing history.

  3. Account Management – Edit personal information, shipping address and password.

  4. Log Out – Securely exit your account.


II. My Orders Function Overview

The My Orders page supports viewing orders by different statuses, including:

  1. All Orders: View all historical orders.

  2. Pending: View unpaid orders waiting for payment.

  3. Paid: View orders that have been paid but not shipped.

  4. Shipped: View orders that have been shipped.

  5. Successful: View completed orders (default page).

  6. Canceled: View orders you have canceled.


III. How to Check Order Details & Status

Follow these steps to view your order information:

  1. Log in to your account and enter the User Center.

  2. Click My Orders in the left menu.

  3. Select the order status you want to view (e.g., Successful, Shipped).

  4. Check Order Number, Total Amount, Status, Creation Time and operation buttons.

  5. Use the time filter to quickly find orders within a specific period.


IV. Other Useful Functions

My Concern Module:
   - My Shopping Cart: View and manage products added to the cart.
   - Recently Viewed: Check products you browsed before.
   - My Favorites: Collect and view your favorite products and stores.

Account Management:
   - My Address: Add, edit or delete shipping addresses.
   - My Profile: Update your personal information.
   - Change Password: Reset your login password safely.
