Password Change and Recovery Guide

Welcome to the eBuyOne platform. This guide will help you understand how to change and recover your account password.

1. How to Change Your Password

If you're already logged into your account and want to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account by visiting the login page.

2. Go to Account Settings: Once logged in, go to the Account Settings section by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select 'Change Password': In the account settings menu, find and click the "Change Password" option.

4. Enter Your Current and New Password: You will be asked to enter your current password, followed by your new password (make sure it’s secure and meets the requirements).

5. Save Changes: Once you've entered your new password, click Save to update your credentials.

2. How to Recover Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! Follow these simple steps to recover it:

1. Go to the Login Page: Visit the login page and click the Forgot Password? link.

2. Enter Your Registered Email: Enter the email address associated with your eBuyOne account and click Submit.

3. Check Your Email for a Reset Link: We will send you a password reset link to the email address you provided. Check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary).

4. Follow the Instructions in the Email: Click the reset link in the email, and you will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.

5. Set a New Password: Enter your new password and confirm it. Be sure to choose a strong password to keep your account secure.

6. Log in with Your New Password: Once your password has been reset, you can log in to your account with the new credentials.
