How to Check Your Transaction and Purchase Records

If you want to view your transaction or purchase history on eBuyOne, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Transaction History Page

To view your transaction records, visit the Transaction History Page.

2. Filter Orders by Status and Time

On the Transaction History Page, you can filter your orders by:

• Order Status: All Orders, Pending, Paid, Shipped, Successful, Canceled

• Order Time: Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 120 Days

3. View Your Orders

You can see details about each order, such as:

• Order Number

• Items purchased

• Total price of the order

• Status of the order (e.g., Pending, Shipped, etc.)

• Order Time when the transaction took place

4. Pagination and Navigation

You can browse through your orders using the Previous Page and Next Page buttons, or jump to a specific page using the page number selector (e.g., Page 1/0, 1 to 1).
