Manage My Shipping Addresses
This guide will help you easily add, edit, and manage your shipping addresses on eBuyOne.
Keeping your addresses accurate ensures faster and more reliable delivery of your orders.
How to Access the Address Management Page
1. Log in to your eBuyOne account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account.
3. In the left sidebar, click My Address under Account Management.
Add a New Shipping Address
On the My Address page, you will see the "Add an Address" form. Please fill in the following information:
* Receiver – The full name of the person receiving the package
* Country – e.g. China
* Province – Your province or state
* City – Your city
* District – District or county
* Region – Region, street or town
* Detailed Address – Full street address, building number, community, floor and room/apartment number
* Mobile – Your contact phone number (important for delivery)
Zipcode – Postal code (optional but recommended)
After completing the form, check the box “Save as a default address” if you want this to be your primary shipping address.
Then click the orange SUBMIT button to save it.
View and Manage Saved Addresses
All your saved addresses will be listed below the form in the "Saved Shipping Addresses" section.
You can view, edit, or delete them at any time.
Edit or Delete an Address
To edit an address: Click the Edit button next to the address, update the information, and click Submit.
To delete an address: Click the Delete button. Note: You cannot delete your default address until you set another one as default.
Set a Default Address
You can only have one default shipping address. To set or change your default address:
Tip: Always keep your shipping address up to date, especially before placing an order.
Using the default address will automatically fill your shipping information during checkout, saving you time.
Important Notes
Fields marked with * are required.
Make sure your mobile number is correct so the delivery driver can contact you.
If you often ship to different locations (home, office, etc.), we recommend adding multiple addresses.
