On the afternoon of June 11, the "Cross-Border E-commerce TRO & Supply Chain Risk Management" legal seminar was successfully held on the 7th floor of the Shishi Qingchuang City International Network Wholesale Center. The event was hosted by the Quanzhou Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs and the Quanzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, organized by the Shishi Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, the Shishi Municipal Bureau of Justice, and the Shishi Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and co-organized by the Shishi Qingchuang City International Network Wholesale Center and Qingchuang Network.

The seminar featured Attorney Huang Yushu as the keynote speaker. Attorney Huang serves over 20 domestic and international cross-border e-commerce enterprises and possesses professional expertise in cross-border e-commerce, intellectual property, and equity incentives, along with extensive practical experience with Alibaba International, Amazon, and overseas warehouses.

At the beginning of the session, Huang Yiyi, Deputy Director of the Shishi Municipal Bureau of Justice, delivered a speech for the seminar and the launching ceremony of the Quanzhou Volunteer Lawyer Group for Serving Private Enterprises.

During the lecture, Attorney Huang Yushu provided an overview of cross-border e-commerce legislation and challenges, outlining four common risks in the sector: supply chain risks, intellectual property risks, platform system risks, and human resource risks.

Drawing from his personal experience, Attorney Huang discussed the appropriate measures to take when facing Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) in cross-border e-commerce.

Finally, using cases such as the 2019 Alibaba trust dispute and the 2020 procurement contract dispute between a major seller and their supplier, Attorney Huang Yushu provided recommendations for compliance within the supply chain.
