On June 6, the 2019 Quanzhou Industrial Belt Cross-border Summit and the Launch Ceremony of the Qingchuang Network E-commerce Ecosystem Alliance were successfully concluded at the Nanxin Building of Quanzhou Hotel. The summit was hosted by the Quanzhou E-commerce Center and Qingchuang Network. Through platform presentations, resource matching, and the establishment of an ecosystem alliance, the event focused on creating an industrial development model tailored to Quanzhou's local ecosystem, aiming to boost industrial transformation, upgrading, and cross-border expansion.

The summit invited seven major domestic and international e-commerce platforms, twenty major cross-border service providers, and eight e-commerce associations to jointly present this e-commerce gala. Distinguished guests included Wang Zhengang, Deputy Chairman of the Country-Specific Advisory Committee of the China International Engineering Consulting Association and former Special Commissioner of the Ministry of Commerce in Fuzhou; Zhang Wenwei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Quanzhou Municipal Government; Xu Youlie, Deputy Director of the Quanzhou Municipal Reform Office; Ke Liping, Director of the Quanzhou E-commerce Center; and Li Rongliang, Deputy Director of the Shishi Municipal Bureau of Commerce. More than 500 participants, including cross-border sellers from industrial belts, representatives from cross-border e-commerce associations, and enterprise delegates, attended the event.

The seven domestic and international e-commerce platforms (Pinduoduo, Amazon, Shopee, Wish, eBay, Jackmall, and Club Factory) utilized intuitive data and distinct user profiles to elaborate on the development prospects of domestic social e-commerce consumer markets and international trade markets in Europe, America, Japan, and Southeast Asia. This helped merchants in the industrial belts identify consumer demand in segmented markets based on their product advantages and choose suitable platforms to develop their e-commerce business.

Simultaneously, it signed strategic cooperation framework agreements with the Quanzhou Cross-border E-commerce Association, Quanzhou E-commerce Association, Haixihui, Xiamen Cross-border E-commerce Association, Jinjiang E-commerce Association, Jinjiang Hongshanhui, and Donghai Cross-border Ecosystem. These partnerships aim to assist Qingchuang Network in entering footwear and apparel industrial belt markets, providing innovative services to merchants in Quanzhou, Guangzhou, Shishi, and other industrial bases. Furthermore, Qingchuang Network confirmed a partnership with China Post, complementing the cross-border e-commerce supply chain by providing convenient logistics services such as international small packets, ePacket, and e-Express.

At the summit, Deputy Director Wang Zhengang stated, "As a famous footwear and apparel manufacturing city and a capital of brands, Quanzhou possesses significant resource advantages and a remarkable industrial belt agglomeration effect, making it uniquely positioned for e-commerce development. The government strongly supports the development of cross-border e-commerce and is gradually improving the cross-border industrial chain, accelerating the transformation of traditional industrial and trade enterprises toward cross-border operations. I hope Quanzhou will continue to leverage its industrial belt advantages and, with the help of supply chain wholesale platforms like Qingchuang Network, achieve e-commerce upgrading and economic take-off."
