MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity. It is the minimum number of units you can order per style. It greatly affects unit price and lead time. Understanding our MOQ rules will help you get better cost‑efficiency for your orders.
MOQ is the minimum purchase quantity that a supplier accepts for a single order. It can be set per style, per color or per size. If your order quantity is below the MOQ requirement, your order may be rejected, or the unit price will increase significantly.
| Order Type | Minimum Order Quantity | Lead Time |
|---|---|---|
| Ready‑stock (in‑stock items) | 50 pieces | Ship within 3 working days |
| OEM Custom (Your logo/print, using our existing patterns & fabrics) | 50 pieces | Production lead time 7‑15 days (transit time quoted separately) |
| ODM Custom (Brand‑new style development, fabric modification) | 100 pieces | Production lead time 15‑30 days (transit time quoted separately) |
Why are there differences in MOQ and lead‑time? Ready‑stock goods are already manufactured, we only need to pick and pack for shipment.
For OEM orders, we use existing patterns and fabrics, only performing printing, embroidery, label replacement and other processing. Production can start from 50 pieces.
ODM requires brand‑new style development, pattern‑making and fabric sourcing. Higher upfront development costs apply, so a minimum of 100 pieces is required for production.
We adopt a tiered pricing model — the higher your order quantity, the lower your unit price. Example for T‑shirts (for reference only):
50‑299 pieces: Standard wholesale price
300‑999 pieces: More favorable price
1000 pieces & above: Best available price
Pricing tiers vary according to style, fabric and craftsmanship. Submit a quotation request with your target quantity, and we will send you accurate tiered pricing.
Combine orders: Merge multiple styles into one shipment to qualify for higher price tiers.
Choose the right custom solution: Select OEM for simple logo printing to keep costs low; choose ODM for brand‑new product development.
Choose ready‑stock when possible: Ready‑stock items generally cost less than custom‑made goods.
Plan orders in advance: Rush orders incur extra fees. Order according to standard production lead‑time for better pricing.
Ask about mixed‑SKU solutions: Quantities of different colors and sizes under the same style can usually be combined to meet MOQ.
Negotiation is possible in certain cases. If your quantity is slightly below the threshold, or you would like a trial order with large follow‑up volumes, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: 50 pieces for ready‑stock items; 50 pieces per style for OEM custom orders; 100 pieces per style for brand‑new ODM development.
Q: Do you offer tiered bulk discounts?
A: Yes, unit price decreases as your order volume increases. Share your target quantity and we will provide you with exact tiered quotations.
