Step 1: Send Your Logo File
Send us your logo in a high‑quality format:
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) — best for printing and embroidery
High‑resolution PNG (300 DPI, transparent background)
Also tell us: the garment style, logo placement (left chest, center, back, sleeve), size, and color (Pantone code if you have one).
Step 2: Choose Decoration Method

Step 3: Sampling (if needed)
For custom orders, we recommend a pre‑production sample so you can check the logo placement, color, and quality before bulk production. Sample lead time and cost vary — see our Sample Policy.
Step 4: Confirm and Pay Deposit
Once you approve the sample (or the design), we issue a proforma invoice. Pay the deposit (typically 30–50%) to begin production.
Step 5: Production
We can send in‑production photos at key stages if you'd like.
Step 6: QC & Shipment
Every order passes pre‑shipment quality inspection, then ships under your chosen Incoterm (FOB, EXW, CIF, or DDP — see Shipping Terms).
