Placing your first wholesale order can feel intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. This guide walks you through the exact process we use at EBuyone, from creating an account to receiving your goods — so you always know what happens next.
Step 1: Create an Account
Visit the registration page and sign up with your email address. A verified account lets you save products, request quotes, track orders, and communicate with our team in one place.
Tip: You can browse products without logging in, but you'll need an account to request a quote or place an order.
Step 2: Browse Categories or Search
Use the top navigation (Men, Women, Activewear) or the search bar to find what you need. Each category page shows the available styles, and each product page lists specs like fabric, sizes, and MOQ.
Step 3: Request a Quote
On any product page, click "Request a Quote". Fill in:
Product name / style number
Quantity per color and size
Any customization (logo, label, packaging)
Destination country
The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our quote will be.
Step 4: Receive Your Quote
Our team replies within 24 hours with:
Unit price (with bulk price breaks)
MOQ confirmation
Production lead time and shipping options
Total landed cost estimate
Step 5: Confirm and Pay
Once you accept the quote, we will send you payment instructions. Payment is usually split:

Step 6: Production & Quality Check
Ready stock: ships in 3 days
OEM: MOQ from 50 pieces, production lead time 7‑15 days (transit time quoted separately)
ODM: MOQ from 100 pieces, production lead time 15‑30 days (transit time quoted separately)
Every order passes pre‑shipment quality inspection before it leaves our facility.
Step 7: Shipment & Tracking
We ship under the Incoterm you chose (FOB, EXW, CIF, or DDP — see our Shipping Terms guide). You'll receive a tracking number once your goods are dispatched.
