Accepted Payment Methods

We accept four major payment methods:

PayPal — convenient, buyer protection included
Visa
MasterCard

All are processed securely; we never store your full card details.

Deposit & Balance Terms

For most orders, payment is split into two parts:

Deposit (typically 30–50%) — paid when you confirm the order, to begin production
Balance — paid before shipment

For ready‑stock orders, full payment upfront is sometimes available as an option.

Payment Security

All card payments are processed by secure payment providers (PCI‑DSS compliant)
We never store your full credit/debit card numbers
PayPal offers its own buyer protection on eligible transactions

Refunds and Disputes

If there's an issue with your order, our team will work with you directly to resolve it. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for the full process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Invoicing

Every order comes with a proforma invoice and, after payment, a commercial invoice for your records and customs clearance.
