Secure Payment Options & Order Payment Terms for Bulk Purchases
Payment is one of the most trust‑sensitive parts of buying from an overseas supplier. This page explains exactly how you can pay EBuyone, how the payment schedule works, and how we keep your transactions secure.
Payments: T/T Bank Transfer · PayPal · Visa · MasterCard · American Express
For bulk orders, T/T (telegraphic transfer / international bank wire) is our primary payment method and the most cost-effective option for orders above USD 2,000. Choose the account below that matches your location. Please contact us at sales@ebuyone.com if you are unsure which one to use.

European customers can settle directly in EUR, avoiding currency conversion charges on your side.
If your business requires settlement in RMB (CNY), we can receive RMB to a Hong Kong account. Please contact us at sales@ebuyone.com before remitting so we can confirm the details with you.
Request a proforma invoice (PI) from us — it lists the exact amount, payment terms and the correct account details for your country.
Give the PI to your bank, or enter the details into your online banking.
In the payment reference / remittance information field, always include: your company name, your PI or order number, and the product. This is required for your payment to be matched and credited without delay.
Email us the bank slip or SWIFT confirmation so we can confirm receipt and start production or prepare your shipment.
Our bank account details will never change by email, chat message or email attachment. If you receive a message claiming our bank details have been updated, do not pay — call us at +86 15606961322 or email sales@ebuyone.com to verify first. Always check the account details against the proforma invoice we sent you.
For most orders, payment is split into two parts:
Deposit (typically 30–50%) — paid when you confirm the order, to begin production
Balance — paid before shipment
For ready‑stock orders, full payment upfront is sometimes available as an option.
All card payments are processed by secure payment providers (PCI‑DSS compliant)
We never store your full credit/debit card numbers
PayPal offers its own buyer protection on eligible transactions
If there's an issue with your order, our team will work with you directly to resolve it. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for the full process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Every order comes with a proforma invoice and, after payment, a commercial invoice for your records and customs clearance.
